CLEAR is building the secure identity company of the future, and our San Francisco location seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations across Ambassadors and Managers on the airport floor. You will ensure exceptional security, service, and sales performance while driving team engagement and accountability.

• Leadership experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly employees.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to train, mentor and motivate teams.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers utilizing CLEAR technology for airport security, customer service and sales.
• Own airport operations and drive execution to achieve KPIs and metrics.
• Hire, develop and sustain a diverse team delivering on security, service, and sales objectives.
• Drive employee engagement and foster accountability for CLEAR experiences.
• Performance manage staff with ongoing feedback and tough conversations as needed.
• Build relationships with TSA, airline, and airport partners; escalate issues as necessary.
• Manage labor, payroll and scheduling with a focus on efficiency.
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment.
