Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Ambassadors at our airport station. You will report to the General Manager and drive daily operations, security, customer service and sales, while coaching the team to exceed performance goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in leadership in customer-facing settings, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in a customer-facing operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, mentor and influence others.
• Experience with employee engagement, customer satisfaction, sales and compliance.
• Proficiency in using technology daily in your work.
• Able to complete a government background investigation.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willing to work non-traditional schedules (weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings).

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in essential duties for efficient station operations.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are followed with high security and integrity.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and development of Ambassadors.
• Coach, mentor, and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Handle employee relations matters and investigations as needed.
• Analyze metrics and feedback to improve team performance.
• Build and foster internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing airport environment.
