Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at an airport location, including managing ambassadors and managers who deliver security, service, and sales using CLEAR technology. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the location, people development, and stakeholder relationships with TSA and airline partners.

A strong leadership track record is essential. The role requires a non-traditional schedule including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of leadership experience in high volume, customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers using CLEAR technology for airport security, customer service and sales.
• Own the airport location and drive execution to meet KPIs and metrics.
• Hire, develop and retain a diverse, high-performing team delivering security, service and sales.
• Drive employee engagement and uphold CLEAR storytelling and standards.
• Performance manage salaried and hourly staff and conduct tough conversations when needed.
• Build relationships with TSA, airline and airport partners; escalate issues as needed.
• Manage labor, payroll and scheduling; spend 80% on the floor in customer-facing roles.
