Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation (retail, hospitality, etc).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and influence others.
• Solid leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in essential duties for efficient station operations and empower Ambassadors to perform security, service and sales roles.
• Ensure policy adherence to CLEAR and TSA standards with high security and integrity.
• Recruit, onboard and develop Ambassadors while promoting continuous learning and development.
