Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at our San Diego location, supervising Ambassadors and Managers to ensure top-tier security and customer service while driving performance. You will own staffing, scheduling, and labor costs, building a strong team and accountable culture on the floor.

You will actively engage on-site with airport partners and customers to deliver the CLEAR experience, while upholding regulatory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of leadership in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
• Prior experience managing both salaried and hourly staff.
• Ability to drive KPIs, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Comfort with government background check requirements.
• Availability for non-traditional schedules (weekends/holidays/evenings).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers at the airport.
• Own the airport business and drive KPI performance and metrics.
• Hire, develop and retain a diverse team delivering security, service, and sales.
• Manage labor, payroll, and scheduling with accuracy and accountability.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with TSA, airlines, and airport partners.
