Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a General Manager to lead daily airport operations, ensuring exceptional security and customer service while driving sales. You will oversee all staff and administrative functions to maintain smooth operation, with a focus on meeting KPIs and delivering a superior customer experience.

You will manage both salaried and hourly teams, hire and mentor staff, and maintain relationships with TSA and airport partners.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly employees.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven training and mentoring ability.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to meet security and service KPIs.
• Comfort with non-traditional schedules and government background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers delivering security, service and sales.
• Own the airport location's execution to achieve KPIs and metrics.
• Hire, develop and retain a diverse team focused on CLEAR objectives.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and payroll with attention to efficiency.
• Spend the majority of time on the floor in a customer-facing capacity.
