Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations at our airport location. You will oversee Ambassadors and Managers, ensure security and customer service excellence, and drive business outcomes while representing the CLEAR story.

You will hire, coach and schedule staff, engage with TSA and airline partners, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role requires 5+ years of leadership in high-volume settings and a passion for teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in high-volume, customer-facing environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers using CLEAR technology.
• Own the airport business area and drive KPIs.
• Hire, develop and sustain a diverse, high-performing team.
• Spend 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment.
