CLEAR is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at our airport location. You will oversee all team members, ensure security and exceptional customer service, and drive engagement while representing the CLEAR brand on the floor.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of leadership in fast-paced, customer-facing settings and a proven track record of managing both salaried and hourly staff, with strong KPI and performance management skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leadership experience in high-volume, customer-facing environments.
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs, metrics, and service outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers using CLEAR technology to support airport security, customer service and sales.
• Oversee staffing, payroll, and scheduling to optimize labor and costs.
• Drive employee engagement and maintain a high-performance culture focused on security and service.
