Job summary

CLEAR - Field is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our airport station team of Ambassadors. You will report to the General Manager and drive daily operations on the floor, focusing on security, service, and sales while coaching a hands-on team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a customer-facing leadership role, excellent communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of leadership in a customer-facing operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Experience with employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
• Proficiency with daily technology.
• Must pass a government background investigation.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Availability for non-traditional hours (weekends/holidays/early mornings/evenings).

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily station operations.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy adherence with high security.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Ambassadors.
• Coach and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Address employee relations matters and investigations as needed.
• Analyze metrics and feedback to improve performance.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and station leadership.
• Spend at least 80% on the floor in a customer-facing role.
