CLEAR in St. Louis is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to lead daily floor operations at the airport station. This hands-on role requires coaching security, customer service and sales teams in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of leadership in customer-facing ops, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a tech-enabled approach. Availability for non-traditional schedules and security screenings is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are followed with high security and integrity.
• Monitor and drive security, service and sales on each shift.
• Lead shift briefings, debriefs and huddles; manage changes, breaks and rotations.
• Coach, mentor and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Oversee asset control and devices; troubleshoot technology as needed.
• Represent CLEAR by building stakeholder relationships at the airport and with TSA/airlines.
• Manage incident prevention and responses; attend station management team meetings.
