Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, mentor a diverse team of Ambassadors and Managers, and ensure security, service, and sales excellence at the airport. You will own labor planning, KPI reporting, and maintain a strong on-floor presence while fostering collaboration with airport stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of leadership in fast-paced, customer-facing environments and a proven ability to manage both salaried and hourly staff.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in high-volume, customer-facing environments.
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly employees.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers using CLEAR tech for security, service and sales.
• Own the airport business unit and drive KPIs and on-time execution.
• Hire, develop and retain a diverse team delivering CLEAR objectives in safety, service and sales.
• Coach and motivate staff; conduct performance discussions and ensure accountability.
• Build strong relationships with TSA, airlines and airport partners; escalate issues as needed.
