Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager in Sarasota, FL to lead daily floor operations as part of the airport leadership team. You will report to the General Manager and coach security, customer service and sales in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage shifting priorities while maintaining security and service standards at the airport.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are conducted with the highest levels of security and integrity
• Monitor & drive security, service & sales on each shift
• Manage shift briefings, debriefs & huddles, coach, mentor, and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals and standards
• Oversee asset control & devices - understand how our technology works & be able to troubleshoot when necessary
• Represent CLEAR throughout the airport, TSA and airline community by building strong stakeholder relationships
• Manage incident prevention and responses
• Attend station management team meetings
