Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen and be willing to submit to FAA and company-mandated random drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously to ensure a positive travel experience.
• Provide check-in assistance, manage ticketing changes, re-bookings, and special service requests.
• Check and accept baggage in compliance with airline policies and safety rules.
