Contour is seeking a Cross-Utilized Airport Agent at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. You will perform ticketing support, boarding, ramp duties, greet customers, and coordinate with crews and vendors.

This full-time role includes comprehensive benefits, overtime eligibility, NRSA travel, and a clear pay progression from $17.25 to $22.25 per hour with a retention bonus up to $2,000 annually. Training emphasizes safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Preferred airline/aviation experience.
• Able to read, write, and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Provide check-in assistance, ticketing changes, and re-bookings.
• Check and accept passenger baggage per policies and safety rules.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp and assist with boarding/deplaning.
