CLEAR is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to lead daily floor operations at the airport, reporting to the General Manager. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment and coach teams in security, customer service and sales.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage priorities across shifts, with a focus on safety, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership in a customer-facing operation (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to motivate and influence others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with daily technology in work processes.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Compliance with CLEAR, airport, state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policies and procedures are followed with security and integrity.
• Monitor and drive security, service, and sales on each shift.
• Manage shift briefings, debriefs and huddles, and schedule changes/breaks/rotations.
• Coach, mentor, and train the team to meet sales and service goals.
• Oversee asset control and devices and troubleshoot technology as needed.
• Represent CLEAR with airport, TSA, and airline stakeholders.
• Manage incident prevention and responses.
• Attend station management team meetings.
