Job summary

OTG Management, Inc. is seeking a General Manager for our IAH airport units. You will oversee multiple concepts and crewmember performance, guiding front and back of house, staffing, training, and guest service to meet company standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of senior multi-unit management, strong P&L experience, and a background in hospitality or fine dining. You will work across departments to drive costs, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of senior managerial experience in multi-unit concepts.
• 1–3 years of retail experience (convenience store) a plus.
• Proficient knowledge of P&L budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong culinary background and fine dining experience are a plus.
• Ability to train, delegate, coach, and aid in crewmember development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote an attitude of pride, cooperation, and success in the Unit.
• Accountable for the unit's budgeting, cost/sales projections, and staffing.
• Ensure adherence to labor budgets and cost-effective staffing.
• Direct managers and crewmembers to meet company standards.
• Oversee FOH/BOH operations, training, and safety policies.
• Lead recruitment of front-of-house staff and maintain CBA familiarity.
