Job summary

On the Go (OTG) is hiring a Manager to oversee daily operations across OTG’s diverse concepts—retail, QSR, and full-service—at our Chicago locations. You’ll ensure smooth, efficient operations and consistent guest experiences in a fast-paced airport environment.

You will manage staffing, onboarding, training, merchandising, and safety to uphold OTG’s standards. A hospitality background with 3–5 years of leadership experience is preferred, along with strong communication and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in management, full-service restaurants or retail.
• Fluent in Microsoft Suite.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across OTG concepts—from retail to QSR to full service.
• Elevate product quality and presentation to meet OTG standards.
• Own scheduling and staffing to ensure full coverage.
• Drive onboarding and training plans for new Crew Members.
• Maintain a positive, safe workplace consistent with OTG policies.
