Villa Restaurant Group at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, TX is hiring an Hourly Assistant Manager to join our team at IAH. This hands-on leadership role supports daily restaurant operations, supervises the team, and ensures guest satisfaction in a fast-paced airport setting.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of supervisory or management experience in restaurants, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant supervisory or management experience; quick-service experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
• Supervise, coach, and support Team Members
• Train and develop employees to meet company standards
• Help ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Support food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
• Lead by example and provide hands-on support during busy periods
• Help create a positive and team-oriented work environment
