Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a General Manager II to oversee a complex QSR or Casual Dine operation near Reagan National Airport. You will lead the team, manage staff deployments, and own P&L to drive profitability while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, staffing, coaching, and ensuring compliance with brand and safety protocols. The role reports to the Director of Operations and requires on-site leadership across busy hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management or multi-unit leadership experience.
• P&L responsibility and financial accountability.
• Ability to lead a team across multiple shifts and locations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close operations ensuring all opening/closing checklists are completed.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability while maintaining service standards.
• Interview, hire, coach and retain staff; promote HMSHost as an employer of choice.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety, and labor policies.
• Monitor financial and operational data to drive performance and growth.
