Qualifications

• 2–5 years restaurant management experience.

• Experience with ordering and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand all policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and training programs.
• Estimate food consumption, place orders with suppliers, and check quality at delivery.
• Resolve customer complaints per company standards.
• Maintain sanitation standards and records.
• Monitor health, safety, and liquor regulations (where applicable).
• Prepare paperwork, forms, reports, and schedules promptly.
• Order supplies and arrange maintenance for equipment and services.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and security standards.
• Make employment and termination recommendations per guidelines.
• Ensure dress code compliance and oversee staff training.
• Monitor food prep to meet brand standards and specifications.
• Forecast labor and schedule staff as needed.
• Lead onboarding and development of associates.
