Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Hospitality or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-4 years in hospitality ops, training or HR.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Training (Learning & Organizational Development) function with airport leadership.
• Develop onboarding, orientation, safety and QA training programs.
• Schedule and track training activities and LMS course enrollment.
• Coach and develop trainers to ensure timely, effective training.
• Manage training budget and coordinate with HR and operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements.
• Provide updates to leadership and participate in leadership stand‑ups.
