Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Member Experience/Service Ambassador (Airport) to deliver top-notch service for CLEAR members and travelers. You will greet passengers, verify membership and IDs, and guide them through the CLEAR process with empathy and urgency.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team with bonuses tied to location performance, and you’ll help ensure a safe, smooth airport experience through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of client facing customer service experience (retail, hospitality, travel, food services, etc)
• 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED.
• Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Delight Members & Travelers: Provide warm, proactive assistance in the CLEAR lanes - greeting, wayfinding, answering questions, and creating memorable interactions.
• Verify & Escort: Warmly welcome and verify CLEAR Members, guiding them smoothly and safely through their journey.
• Resolve Issues: Triage and resolve member concerns, loop in support teams when needed, and follow through to find a resolution.
• Keep Operations Flowing: Ensure lane readiness (signage, equipment, cleanliness), guide smooth member flow, and provide clear, proactive communication throughout the experience.
• Educate & Inform: Share information about CLEAR benefits and services.
• Operate Safely & Compliantly: Follow security protocols, accurately verify documents, and uphold airport and company safety procedures.
