Job summary

CLEAR is hiring a Member Experience/Service Ambassador at Tampa, FL. You’ll greet passengers, verify CLEAR membership, guide travelers through the CLEAR process, and resolve issues with empathy and urgency in a fast-paced airport environment.

You’ll work with a collaborative team and participate in location-based bonuses when service and operational goals are met. Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of client facing customer service experience (retail, hospitality, travel, etc)
• Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Successful completion of CLEAR background checks, including drug test if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Delight Members & Travelers: Provide warm, proactive assistance in the CLEAR lanes - greeting, wayfinding, answering questions, and creating memorable interactions.
• Verify & Escort: Warmly welcome and verify CLEAR Members, guiding them through their journey.
• Resolve Issues: Triage and resolve member concerns, loop in support teams when needed, and follow through to find a resolution.
• Keep Operations Flowing: Ensure lane readiness (signage, equipment, cleanliness), guide smooth member flow, and provide clear, proactive communication.
• Educate & Inform: Share information about CLEAR benefits and services.
• Operate Safely & Compliantly: Follow security protocols, accurately verify documents, and uphold airport and company safety procedures.
