Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Member Experience/Service Ambassador at the airport to deliver top-tier service to CLEAR members and travelers. You will greet passengers, verify membership, and guide them through the CLEAR process with empathy and urgency.

Responsibilities include triaging issues, maintaining smooth lane operations, and educating travelers about CLEAR benefits while complying with security procedures. Comfortable with technology and fast-paced environments is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of client facing customer service experience (retail, hospitality, travel, etc).
• Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Airport badge and government screening completed (drug test).

Responsibilities

• Delight Members & Travelers: greet, wayfinding, answer questions, create memorable interactions.
• Verify & Escort: verify CLEAR Members and guide them through their journey.
• Resolve Issues: triage and resolve member concerns and escalate when needed.
• Keep Operations Flowing: ensure lane readiness, guide member flow, communicate proactively.
• Educate & Inform: share information about CLEAR benefits and services.
• Operate Safely & Compliantly: follow security protocols and verify documents.
