Job summary

CLEAR is hiring a Member Experience/Service Ambassador (Airport) to deliver top-tier service to CLEAR members and travelers. You will greet passengers, verify membership and identification, guide them through the CLEAR process, and resolve issues with empathy and urgency.

Responsibilities include assisting travelers in CLEAR lanes, escorting members, triaging issues, maintaining lane readiness, and educating guests about CLEAR benefits and services.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of client facing customer service experience (retail, hospitality, travel, etc).
• Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delight Members & Travelers: provide warm, proactive assistance in CLEAR lanes and create memorable interactions.
• Verify & Escort: welcome and verify CLEAR Members, guiding them through their journey.
• Resolve Issues: triage and resolve member concerns and follow through to resolution.
• Keep Operations Flowing: ensure lane readiness, guide member flow, and communicate clearly.
• Educate & Inform: share information about CLEAR benefits and services.
• Operate Safely & Compliantly: follow security protocols and verify documents.
