Job summary

CLEAR is hiring a Customer Experience Ambassador at the airport to greet travelers, verify membership, and guide them through the CLEAR process with warmth and efficiency.

You will resolve issues with empathy, keep lanes ready, and share information about CLEAR benefits while upholding safety procedures. This on-site role requires strong communication and a service mindset, with flexibility to work weekends/holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of client-facing customer service experience (retail, hospitality, travel, food services, etc).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift light loads as needed.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced airport environment.

Responsibilities

• Delight Members & Travelers: greet, assist, and create positive interactions in CLEAR lanes.
• Verify & Escort: verify CLEAR members and guide them through the process smoothly.
• Resolve Issues: triage and resolve member concerns with support teams when needed.
• Keep Operations Flowing: maintain lane readiness, signage, and clear communications.
• Educate & Inform: share information about CLEAR benefits and services.
• Operate Safely & Compliantly: follow security protocols and uphold safety procedures.
