Zusammenfassung

Elite Line Services is seeking a maintenance supervisor to oversee daily operations of the GSE/airline support area at the airport. You will supervise a team, coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality in a dynamic environment.

The role requires hands-on management, scheduling, and collaboration with airport staff to minimize downtime and keep aircraft handling equipment in peak condition.

Qualifikationen

• High School Graduate or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years’ experience in a related trade.
• Ability to read and understand basic electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Must have own set of hand tools common to the trade.
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Associate’s Degree in a related field (preferred).
• Airport environment experience (preferred).
• Strong hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting experience (preferred).
• ASE certification in automotive and diesel repair or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience related to GSE/bridge/conveyor (preferred).
• 4+ years’ direct experience in a GSE Airport shop (preferred).
• 3+ years’ experience working in a CMMS (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day operations of 3+ employees to meet maintenance schedules.
• Direct supervision of daily assignments; schedule mechanics/technicians.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and overhauls with airport/airline staff.
• Manage daily preventive maintenance program.
• Assist with budgeting and site finances; manage parts inventory.
• Maintain safety compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Train, develop and motivate maintenance staff; conduct appraisals.
