Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cooking experience in a high-volume casual dining setting.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety practices.
• Ability to speak/read English and communicate with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and cook items across Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry and eggs.
• Estimate production needs and manage inventory to meet demand.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Maintain food safety and HACCP compliance.
• Operate kitchen equipment and prepare ingredients as directed.
• Stock, date, rotate and check temperatures of products.
