Dufry Careers seeks a Cook CD - Skilled to prepare cooked foods across multiple stations including Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and eggs. You will communicate ticket times to the manager on duty and servers, ensuring high quality service at all times. This is a non-exempt position.

The role requires adherence to recipes, food safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualificações

• Requires food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards.
• Minimum 3 years of related cooking experience in high-volume or fast casual dining.
• Knowledge of sauces, soups, sauté, broiler, fry and pantry.
• Ability to read, write and understand instructions and policy documents.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to bend, twist and stand for long periods.
• Works with water and chemicals in kitchen.
• Supervisor/Lead experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follows recipes and product directions for cooking and serving food items.
• Estimates production requirements and requisitions supplies as needed.
• Cleans and sanitizes work stations and equipment.
• Ensures food safety and HACCP compliance.
• Operates kitchen equipment and prepares ingredients as needed.
• Stocks, dates, rotates and checks product temperatures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
