Air Ventures, LLC is hiring AM/PM Line Cooks for Great Lakes Brewing Co., located in the Pittsburgh International Airport. The role involves preparing food to specification, maintaining sanitation, and coordinating with meal service times to ensure quality, temperature, and presentation. Part-time or full-time positions are available at the Great Lakes Brewing Co.

in PIT. The team emphasizes safety, proper food handling, and adherence to recipes, with eligibility for SIDA badge and U.S.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in a restaurant kitchen.
• ServSafe Certification preferred, but not required.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares the food served using established production procedures and systems.
• Determines amount and type of food and supplies required using production systems.
• Ensures proper serving of food for tray line or dining room.
• Complies with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene and health standards.
• Observes proper food preparation and handling techniques.
• Stores food properly and safely, marking the date and item.
• Reports necessary equipment repair and maintenance to supervisor.
• Correctly prepares all food served following standard recipes and special diet orders.
