Job summary

Paradies Lagardère at Bradley International Airport is seeking a Line Cook for evening shifts. This on-site, part-time position pays $21.96 USD per hour.

You will prepare food to recipe standards, assist withordering, maintain sanitation, and help ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include at least 1 year of cooking experience, ability to read and speak English, ServSafe certification preferred, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of closely related cooking experience; high-volume or fast casual environment preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents in English.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven cooking experience as a line cook.
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and portioning standards.
• Follow production prep list and requisition supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with training new cooks and kitchen staff; perform other duties as assigned.
