Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a restaurant kitchen.
• ServSafe Certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food using established production procedures.
• Ensures proper serving of food for tray line or dining room.
• Maintains sanitation and personal hygiene standards.
• Stores food properly and safely; marks date and item.
• Reports equipment repair needs to supervisor.
• Plans production to align with meal serving hours and maintains food quality.
