Qualifications

• Ability to follow established recipes and plating standards.
• Proficient knife skills: chopping, slicing, dicing with precision.
• Stamina to stand for long periods in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute recipes and plating to standard.
• Maintain knowledge of food safety and proper ingredient temperatures.
• Be a collaborative and dependable kitchen team member.
• Perform short-order cooking in a busy environment.
• Operate fryer and flat-top grill with control.
• Keep kitchen workspace clean and organized during shifts.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
• Prep and portion ingredients for daily operations.
• Restock and replenish product and inventory as needed.
• Interact with guests in a positive, professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
