Job summary

Tailwind Concessions LLC is seeking a skilled Line Cook for our airport dining operation, where high-volume service requires precision and teamwork. This part-time role focuses on cooking to standard, maintaining food safety, and delivering friendly hospitality to travelers.

As a valued team member, you will prep, cook, plate, and assist with daily kitchen tasks in a fast-paced environment. Paid training and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Must follow recipes and restaurant standards.
• Strong knife skills and precision.
• Stand for long periods in a hot kitchen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute recipes and plating standards consistently to ensure a quality experience for every guest
• Maintain knowledge of food safety procedures including proper temperatures for ingredient storage and food preparation
• Operate as a collaborative and dependable member of the kitchen team
• Perform short order cooking in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Operate the fryer and flat top grill with skill and precision
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace throughout each shift
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment
• Prep and portion ingredients in support of daily kitchen operations
• Restock and replenish product and inventory supplies as needed
• Interact with guests in a positive and professional manner
• Perform all other duties as assigned
