HMSHost is seeking a Cook at Milwaukee Airport to prepare and cook foods across Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and Eggs. You will communicate ticket times to the manager and servers, ensuring high quality service at all times. Reports to the Store/General Manager per local requirements.

This is a non-exempt, full-time kitchen position in a bustling airport setting. Responsibilities include following recipes, estimating production, maintaining sanitation, and ensuring HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Food preparation skills with HACCP knowledge.
• Experience in high-volume or fast casual settings preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, cook, and present food items as directed.
• Communicate ticket times and issues to management.
• Maintain clean, sanitized stations and equipment.
• Ensure food safety and HACCP compliance.
• Operate kitchen equipment and portion ingredients.
• Stock and rotate product and monitor temperatures.
