Job summary

The Cook FF - Grill at HMSHost is responsible for grilling food and performing all station functions including Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and eggs, while communicating ticket times and issues to the manager and servers. The role delivers high-quality service to customers and associates and reports to the Store Manager or General Manager as required.

Qualifications

• Basic food preparation skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, sanitized workstations and equipment.
