Job summary

Hillsborough County Aviation Authority-Tampa International Airport seeks a Guest Experience Representative to assist passengers, provide information, and conduct tours at Tampa International Airport.

The role supports a 24/7 operation, requires flexibility with shifts, and requires a valid Florida driver's license and customer service experience. The incumbent will interact with guests, tenants, and school groups, ensuring a positive airport experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Valid Florida Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and assistance to international passengers in the Federal Inspection Station.
• Inform airport guests about facilities, services, local attractions, and flight information.
• Conduct airport tours for schools, groups, and community organizations.
• Monitor escalators, elevators, shuttle cars, and monorail; report incidents promptly.
• Respond to emergencies and assist leadership with crisis management.
• Offer VIP tours when required and represent the Authority at events.
• Maintain regular attendance as an essential function.
