Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Passenger Ambassador to deliver front-line customer service at designated airport locations in Tampa, FL. You will help passengers move efficiently through TSA checkpoints and assist in baggage claim and ground transportation.

The role requires weekend/holiday availability, physical endurance to stand and lift, and the ability to obtain an airport badge. Prior customer service and supervisory experience are preferred, with a training program provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to clear a background and drug screen.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Airline experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to obtain an airport badge.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service to passengers at designated airport locations.
• Ensure passengers are prepared to process through TSA checkpoints and facilitate efficient movement.
• Assist in baggage claim and ground transportation support.
• Collect baggage carts, remove debris, and report housekeeping needs.
