Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service, ticketing, check-in processing, luggage claim handling, and device assistance to travelers.
• Ensure accuracy of weight and balance requirements.
• Promptly handle customer service complaints with positive resolution.
• Oversee staff scheduling, leadership development, and employee accountability.
• Complete check-in procedures including reservations, ticketing, seat assignments, and international documentation checks.
• Assist customers with special needs and unaccompanied minors.
• Work at jetways at heights over 15 feet and operate aircraft doors as needed.
• Read weight and balance instructions, hazardous material labels, loading manifests, and baggage routing tags.
• Ensure safe and secure operations compliant with health, safety, security, and government requirements.
