Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at our Dulles facility. You will greet guests and crews, escort them to entrances or vehicles, and ensure a warm, secure, and efficient experience in a fast-paced airport environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality skills: energetic, guest-obsessed, able to anticipate guest needs and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear English communication, in person, by phone, radio, and in writing.
• Critical thinking: follow simple instructions and handle standardized situations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork and guest service.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient computer use and signing into company systems and training.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews, escort to entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Assist with luggage and provide transportation to terminals, hotels, or nearby locations.
• Coordinate ground transportation and staging of personal vehicles; valet parking and car care.
• Identify crewmembers, passengers, visitors, and vendors per security procedures.
• Stop work if unsafe conditions arise and report concerns to management.
• Create records of time worked and services performed accurately.
• Communicate passenger information with crew and company personnel.
• Use the system to review and update customer preferences for personalized service.
• Conduct ID checks for entry to terminal and Airport Operations Area.
