Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join a growing team focused on delivering exceptional customer service to airline passengers across arrivals, ticketing, check-in, and boarding. The role entails leading a team of agents, ensuring friendly welcomes, handling ticketing and baggage services, and guiding passengers through customs and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport/state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding and baggage services.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers and gate-checked bags are prepared for loading.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all airport areas.
• Monitor and enforce safe working conditions per Unifi policies and laws.
• Promote safety, anti-harassment, and equal employment opportunity policies.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Complete work safely and report incidents per policy.
