Job summary

Allegiant Air in the United States is seeking team members for customer service and airport-ground roles. Duties include assisting passengers, processing tickets, and ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service experience, and the ability to read/write/speak English. Candidates must be at least 18 and hold a valid driver’s license; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US per immigration laws.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Education details include GED equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience; airline experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly for instructions and safety.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on sizes and seats.
• Provide arrival/departure info, boarding procedures, and seating details.
• Marshal planes and push back aircraft; assist with irregular operations.
• Handle denied boarding, re-accommodate customers, and provide vouchers as needed.
• Assist customers with special needs and handle luggage loading/unloading.
• Operate heavy equipment (tugs, tractors, belt loaders) as required.
• Enforce safety and security rules per FAA and Allegiant Air policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
