Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 12 months of customer service experience.
• Legal to work in the U.S. under the Immigration Act of 1986.
• Passes a criminal background check.
• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets, check luggage, monitor carry-on bags for size and weight, and assign seats.
• Provide statistics on arrival and departure times, boarding plans, delivery rules, and seat assignments.
• Manage denied boarding situations, solicit volunteers, re-accommodate clients, and provide motel, meal, and taxi vouchers as appropriate, ensuring compliance with FAA, Allegiant Air, and airport guidelines.
• Inform customers of Allegiant Air policies for misplaced, damaged, or substituted luggage, and handle claims and fees.
• Coordinate shipping of luggage to affected customers for late arrivals or over-loaded luggage.
• Manage lost luggage, broken items, and other cases involving automobiles, seats, strollers, loaner wheelchairs, car seats, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
