Allegiant in Pasco, WA is seeking an Airport Agent to deliver customer service for both scheduled and charter services. Responsibilities include ground operations, aircraft cleaning, security, and commissary duties, with opportunities to support various shifts including nights and weekends.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, one year of customer service experience, and a valid US driver’s license. English proficiency and a professional, team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience; airline industry preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a criminal background check.
• GED equivalent acceptable in lieu of a formal degree.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on items, and assign seats.
• Provide information on arrival/departure times, procedures, and seating arrangements.
• Marshal aircraft and assist with pushback.
• Address denied boarding, re-accommodate customers, and arrange hotel/meals/taxi vouchers when needed.
• Assist customers with special needs and handle baggage transfer.
• Operate ground equipment and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
