Responsibilities

• Process tickets, check bags, monitor carry-on items and seat assignments.
• Provide information on arrival/departure times, boarding procedures, and seating tasks.
• Handle denied boarding situations, recruit volunteers, re-seat customers and provide meals and taxi vouchers when appropriate.
• Support safety measures and monitor restricted areas.
• Assist customers with special needs and complete required reports.
• Monitor baggage claim for unclaimed items and manage lost belongings.
