Qualifications

• Able to lift objects over 40 lbs.
• Able to stand, bend and reach for long periods.
• Good communication and ability to follow recipes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and product directions for proper food preparation.
• Prepare equipment for cooking and transfer supplies safely.
• Operate kitchen utensils and equipment for weighing, measuring, mixing, etc.
• Ensure proper food handling, wrapping, labeling, stocking, rotating and checking temperature of products.
• Receive and inventory food and beverage products.
• Clean and sanitize work station and equipment.
