Job summary

CLEAR’s Las Vegas airport leadership role is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to direct daily floor operations and coach a team in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes security, customer service, and sales with strong stakeholder collaboration at the airport.

The candidate will lead shifts, uphold TSA and CLEAR procedures, and drive performance while maintaining a high level of security and service standards with partners across the airport ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation (e.g., retail, hospitality).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and influence others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and task management.

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are conducted with high security and integrity.
• Monitor & drive security, service & sales on each shift.
• Manage shift briefings, debriefs & huddles, and rotations; coach and train the team to meet goals.
• Oversee asset control & devices; understand tech and troubleshoot as needed.
• Represent CLEAR at the airport, TSA and airline community by building stakeholder relationships.
• Manage incident prevention and responses.
• Attend station management team meetings.
