Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to lead daily floor operations at the airport. You will be on the floor most of the time, guiding security, customer service and sales while ensuring policy compliance.

You will mentor a team, coordinate shift briefings, manage asset control, and represent CLEAR in discussions with airport and airline partners. A strong communicator with TSA/security screening familiarity is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years leadership in a customer-facing operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to motivate and influence others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Proficiency using technology daily in work.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to follow CLEAR, airport, state and federal policies.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours (weekends/holidays/evenings).
• Completion of required airport and government security processes (SIDA eligibility; PerSec SF-85 as needed).

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing airport environment.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policies are followed with high security and integrity.
• Monitor and drive security, service, and sales on each shift.
• Lead shift briefings, debriefs, and rotations; coach and train the team.
• Oversee asset control and devices; troubleshoot technology when needed.
• Represent CLEAR to the airport, TSA, and airline community; build stakeholder relations.
• Manage incident prevention and responses.
• Attend station management team meetings.
