Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our airport leadership team. You will lead daily floor operations on-site, coaching a hands-on team across security, customer service and sales in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee shift briefings, drive service levels, and ensure policy compliance with TSA and CLEAR standards while building strong stakeholder relationships within the airport ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership in a customer-facing operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency using technology daily.

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are conducted with the highest levels of security and integrity.
• Monitor & drive security, service & sales on each shift.
• Manage shift briefings, debriefs & huddles, as well as any changes, breaks, and rotations. Coach, mentor, and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals and standards.
• Oversee asset control & devices - understand how our technology works & be able to troubleshoot when necessary.
• Represent CLEAR throughout the airport, TSA and airline community by building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Manage incident prevention and responses.
• Attend station management team meetings.
