• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents; converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Open, daily, and closing procedures/checklists per policy.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates within unit.
• Ensure compliance with AB policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and shift coverage.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions per cash policies.
• Monitor safety and wellness procedures and report concerns.
• Place orders, receive goods, process invoices.
• Keep contact information up to date for associates.
